RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY: We want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. To initiate a exchange or return, please contact our Customer Care team on WhatsApp at http://wa.me/918800099601 within 24 hours of receiving the package. It may take 2-3 working days for your request to be approved.
Once your request is approved, the same will be picked in 2-4 working days by our courier partner. In case of returns, we offer reverse pick-up services at a flat charge of Rs.150 within India. Reverse Pickup facility is not available for all addresses.
Please note that items returned must be in their original condition, where the item is unworn, unwashed, without alterations, and has all tags attached. We will be unable to provide returns if the products are damaged due to negligence towards Wash Care instructions not being followed as per wash care label or if products are bought from our partner stores and websites. When our courier partner arrives, hand over the parcel, and don’t forget to take the pickup acknowledgment copy.
Once the product is received at our warehouse, an exchange or return order takes 3-7 working days for the product to be quality checked and approved. All returns approved by the company will be credited in your Bank Account within 10 working days.
